'There is a need to empower ourselves in this time of instability and it must be done through the arts, there is no other way.'
We are an established organisation, passionate about showcasing dream into reality. It is about nurturing and grounding talent providing a positive focus through teamwork, networking and creative energy, imposing no limits unto what can be achievable.
We are different because we strive to push boundaries within the arts but also life experimentation and know that this combination will expose exciting experiences for all our future audiences and partakers.
Without any funding or support, we have managed to excite and inspire all those that came to the last two events held at the bread and roses venue in clapham, and now are currently looking to expand the team and supportees and currently have venues and festivals lined up for the upcoming months.
Starving Artists share a wide network of likeminded visionaries waiting to get on board, from dancers, musicians, poets, artists, actors, designers, educators etc to provide an essential awareness of artistry and creativity and life growing skills.
We are looking for a permanent space for storage, stage area, production, workshops and classes.
'The most rewarding feeling is watching someone open up and find themselves through art leaving our events feeling inspired to be proactive and confident that what they want to do in their life can become a reality.'
